ICI Manufacturing went live on their new ERP system in early April of this year, and recently completed the full implementation of their shop floor control system. The completion of of the shop floor control phase brings this major project to a very successful close.

The new system, with all new hardware and software, is running Epicor 9 as well as several custom applications developed by ICI. These applications run on server hardware from HP running Microsoft Windows Server 2008 x64. The project included replacing all server, workstation and network infrastructure throughout the company.

The new system has already begun to provide the benefits expected, including increased efficiency in the order-to-cash process and much improved operational visibility. These benefits, along with many others, will help ICI Manufacturing remain competitive and positioned for future growth.
